Once a time, image upload sites were trendy, now that gave influence to a wider solution like all kinds of file hostings. Rapidshare, Megaupload, Uploading etc. Do you think this market is already highly saturated now, making it even harder to generate revenue while fighting with extreme bandwidth costs and maybe copyright issues too? Or are there still some open slots for new players in this web business who can make innovation in their service?
Offer cash for every view their file gets only small of course, that way people will use it for their files, you can watermark their images etc, and get traffic I was gonna do this once but I couldn't be bothered Also I saw it on another site, it was like, 1c per impression per image (a wild guess). I was gonna cut like a 350px by 120px sig into 10 x 10 pieces and arrange it, and get $4.20 per page load, but I couldn't be bothered, so watch out for that too /me has no idea why he just gave away his idea
Dont worry, i had thought of that one too. Maybe 1-2 dollars per 1000 downloads. That would go for 0.001 per page view. And some sites are doing that already. However the main question, that fashion will continue or not, I mean 0.001 per page view is still expensive if you are getting 0 out of it
