File Sending Script with email confirmation

looking for a script that the user would be in his email to join a list .. the system would then verify the email .. then confirm joining the list by the user clicking a link .. after that process is confirmed another unique link would be created to a file/mp3/some product that they could download for free in a certain number of days .. is there such a thing?

I Dont think there is such a thing ull need it to be custom created by some programmer
