File permissions?

    What file permissions do I add to wordpress 3 I'm having a problem uploading plugins and themes

    I've built hundreds of blogs and I've never had to set the file permissions for Wordpress, but then again I don't often use WP to upload files. I assume you're trying to upload through the WP dashboard? If so you could try through ftp or your cpanel.

    I'm using a linux server and ftp is time consuming.
