file-name.htm vrs. /file-name/ *what is better?

    What is the best way to write a file name?

    abc-efg.htm
    or
    /abc-efg/
    or
    /abc/abc-efg.htm

    ---

    also do you recommend repeating plural use of word in title
    cheap phone | cheap phones

    when writing file name is it better to use singular or plural?

    domain.com/keyword1-keyword2/ but make sure you configure htaccess to add a trailing / to the url

    I think this is best if you aim for the searchphrase "keyword1+keyword2"
    but if you want to aim for keyword1 and besides that also on keyword2 i think keyword1/keyword2/ would be best right?

    In addition, you can create any file with as many keywords as you want and no extension just making your .htaccess recognize its content as php or htm

    Google struggles with canonicalisation so it treats site.com/page as a different page to site.com/page/

    You can use htaccess to add a trailing slash.
