Selling File / Image Hosting Site -- For Sale

FileB.ag is a fairly unique file sharing site built off a registered XFileSharingPro script. We have included our professionally designed custom logo and a clean, friendly looking template.

The following XFileSharingPro script mods are included and installed:

Video mod: $65
Ads over video player mod: $40
Images mod: $40
Torrents mod: $90
SmartPoints mod: $90
Twitter mod: $30

You get the total amount spent on mods ($355) plus what was spent on the script itself ($120) plus the 6 months of the domain registration remaining ($45).

All mods and the original script license would be included in the sale.


SERVER COSTS:

We currently have the website hosted at our own hosting facility, RitmoHost.com, and the winner could setup something with us to continue hosting, or they could transfer it to their own cPanel enabled account.

The file server is currently hosted @steadfast.net and has unmetered bandwidth. The cost is $109/month and is a pretty hefty machine that could be further utilized for other sites/fileservers. Additionally, the site was hosted beforehand on a simple VPS from canaca.com which was a far lower cost of $39.95 per month.


DOMAIN:

Very unique domain - perfect for a filesharing site! Registered at GoDaddy.com and expires July 7, 2013. The cost is $96.63 per year.


USERS:

We currently have 434 registered users, over 4500 files and 60gb of files in storage.


WHY AM I SELLING?

We initially bought this site to complement another project and it has served its purpose very well. At this point in time however, we are moving on to different business ventures and this particular site doesn’t fit in our portfolio any longer. We have never monetized the site as we have provided it free in exchange for placing banner advertisements on it. The site however does include PayPal/Google payment gateways, and other forms of advertising.
