File hosts which count each & every download from free users with no limits

    Hi,

    Currently there are many file hosts emerging day to day and many of them does not count each & every download from free users, like if a free user having same IP downloads multiple files within 24 hrs, some only considers as 1 download, some 6 downloads, some 10 etc

    Such file host's pay per download (PPD) programs will not serve any purpose as most PPD affiliates split movies to small parts to get more downloads from the same user.

    Everyone please reply to this thread with those file hosts which count each & every free download with no limitations so that affiliates do not need to waste any time & effort.

    From my experience these hosts count each & every download from free users with no restrictions.
