    I am selling because too many problems with my host.
    It is a file host. Custom designed and script is free but has been kind of customized. It allows the users to upload a gig at once. Brandable domain name with good alexa rank and growing page rank. Nice backlinks as well.

    Yes there is an admin section. No notable revenue. A lot of traffic. Refer to alexa.
    Custom 100% unique design for this file host with a great video feature added in as well.

    Still for sale. Unique web 2.0 file host. B.I.N is still $300.
    Main reason for selling is my host can't handle it. But this could be the next big thing if advetised properly.
