File hosting service for sale (10 months old)

I'm selling my file hosting service(+domain of course) because I have no time to maintain it anymore.
It's currently running on a dedicated server which I don't think is necessary since the script is not using so much CPU.
The service is running on a .gr domain and I haven't got any serious problems with copyrighted files/etc. Since September 2006 I have received only 5-6 e-mails from users that wanted to delete their files.
I have been using "MiniFilehost" file hosting script since the beginning.
The service has been up since September 2006,but I have stats only since January 2007 because I changed my host and lost the old stats.Check out the attached file.

Ranks #3-4 for "filehost" keyword on Google

Cost of running:
I can't really tell the cost of running the service because I've been hosting it on my dedicated server where I host other websites too.
From the stats you can see that it needs lots of disk space,above 100GB for sure if you really want to host more files and make some serious money.
Also it needs lots of bandwidth as you can see from the stats again.The monthly usage varies from 300GB to 700GB.
The good thing is that the script it not using much CPU power so I don't believe a dedicated server is necessary.

Revenue:
I have been experimenting with AdSense ads only and the revenue varies from 1$ to 5$ per day.I haven't done any serious promoting or marketing so I believe if somebody has the time to promote and market the service he could easily get a steady 10$ per day revenue.

File hosted:
The service is currently hosting 3851 files which are using a total of approximately 90GB's of hard disk space.

File hosting script:
Another good thing is that the script is not using any database,so the whole service(including all files hosted) can be moved easily to another server,simply using FTP.

I can accept only Paypal and bank transfer payments.
