    Yes, you are right. I already have account with them since 1 year, I had some balance in it likely $68, I didn't find any place to use it. So, I exchanged it to moneybookers for just $50:(. I think, it would be too expensive to exchange from WebMoney, as no one is dealing in Web Money, Yeh there are some russian sites doing in it, but those maybe useless for most of people.

    If you can start with MoneyBookers too, it will be great for many of your affiliates.

    If it is verified, you can withdraw the money and then deposit it into another processor like MoneyBookers or PayPal.
