File a dispute for service payment

    Hi,
    I want to buy good stuff form seller, the seller sent me a "Service" invoice.
    Can I file a dispute as "Not received" or "Not as descried" for "Service" payment if something went wrong?

    You can file disputes but have less chance of winning it in case something goes wrong if you get invoice before hand.
