I'm not sure I understand your question. So you have one of your customers who's claimed a dispute in paypal?

Try to give them a phone call (paypal) and explain them everything. If that not works then you can easily suspend hosting service to that buyer.

    DON.

The overall result of a paypal dispute will make you feel how I did, and many other thousands of people.

Don't use Paypal. It has taken security to the absolute maximum creating a payment processor where you can suffer from chargebacks, etc.

It seems they have given all security to the buyer! Chargebacks, disputes and what not!

The sellers are stuck in the middle they have sent the product and still get chargeback!

    MoneyBookers, Nochex, Alertpay.

    Try something else :p

One of the way,is using other payment gateway such as swreg.org
You can email paypal about the receipt hosting that your client received.
I'm sure paypal will help you.

Initiating a personal dialog with paypal by showing your area of service and how the buyers have misused the payment system would surely help you overcome such problems in future.

You got to be as frank and genuine with your talk and presentation to paypal as possible, to be able to get good outcome from the same.

Show that the user used your service for that certain period and that there was no interruption in the service or anything that will make that user feel your service was a waste of money.

You should also implement a policy to follow up on your client at least weekly just to make sure. Ask if they are happy with the service.

    here is another case :-

i've sold to someone a ebay coupon and he paid me then disupate and wins

then i sold to someone else another ebay coupon and i found him he is the same one and paid me with the same paypal account

    then disupate and wins too

i really don't know why paypal doing that .. it helps people to scam

scam not stealing money but stealing services , goods ...ect

i hate it , doesn't no protect the seller at all

when you sell on paypal and you do not have proof of delivery, you are dead....if you are selling however with all info you can reach customer service and win! Better calling than email...

This can be happened in web hosting business with paypal. You may have overselling, check it is happening or not. After that make a proper billing system and contact with paypal. Then you can solve it. Remember most of leading web hosting companies are dealing with paypal.
    eg: check hostgator system.
