FIFA as in the world's soccer governing body?. I don't know about this, could have some TM implications....As for appraisal, $XX due to extension.

FIFA is well known,, it can be zero or it can be worth money just that you cannot put in what FIFA is doing which is soccer. Without this element, hard to imagine the domain to be worth more than reg fees.

They wont come and arrest you. The worst that could happen is that they attempt to take legal action and you have to pay a fine. Usually they would settle if you just hand over the domain.

Where I live someone got away with having a domain name with a company name inside of it. Fifth third is a bank and there was a domain at fifththird.com or something like that and the court ruled that the domain owner did not infringe upon their name.

nice domain, but if you open a company and call iT "FLY FOR FELLOW FALL" really stupid name but, then you can just transfer the domain to your companies ownership and you may have a chance but its too much of a bother and it will probably not work.
