I'm pretty sure they are. It takes time for the review though. I think I got mine approved after about 4-5 days.
You can try to email if you want. I always get a response from her.

I joined them today and impressive network on first look, I am getting $0.10 eCPM which is good although I have main traffic from USA but it's better then some other networks as I found good fill rate for me.

Hey sir, I tried to put your ad tags again and again in the past months but didn't get any successful. Could you please help to check? For example, one of my site is http://forex56.tk/, and i put your 160x600 ad tag on the left sidebar under "advertisement" section. But I got nothing happen when i view my website. Could you please help to check the source file to check if i did something wrong with the tags? Thanks.

The ad tag i copied from the control panel is:

    <script language=JavaScript src="http://fidelity.rotator.hadj7.adjuggler.net/servlet/ajrotator/50594/0/vj?z=fidelity&dim=18796&kw=&click="></script><noscript><a href="http://fidelity.rotator.hadj7.adjuggler.net/servlet/ajrotator/50594/0/cc?z=fidelity"><img src="http://fidelity.rotator.hadj7.adjuggler.net/servlet/ajrotator/50594/0/vc?z=fidelity&dim=18796&kw=&click=&abr=$imginiframe" width="160" height="600" border="0"></a></noscript>

I chose "JScript Tag" Template, "IMU (Wide Skyscraper 160x600)" Ad Sizes, "-Any-" Channel, "Single Ad On Page" Position and also unchecked "Secure" and "Generate Comments"

    Regards,

    Hello,

Let me remind you that our tags work on approved URLs only due to the URL-filter applied. Please make sure that you get all your websites approved by Fidelity Media's Publishers Department before going live on them.

    Thanks,
    Svetlana

Dude, if you have mostly U.S traffic, ten cents CPM is really low.

You could do much better with ADSDAQ (no requirements set your own rate), then run defaults to Value Click Media (low requirements to join).

i.e. you could set each ad to $1 cpm with Adsdaq, maybe get 20 percent fill rate, then send the rest of the traffic to value Click media and get $.50 cpm

Is it just me or anyone else experiencing huge drop in the earnings? I used to get $0.1 eCPM, but now its less than $0.05.

    Hi,

Yes all paying pennies was good in early days know dropping to 0.01 to 0.05$ CPM. Same happening with CPX also for me.

    Thanks & Regards

If you're making .05 cpm, you shouldn't be using this ad network. That's brutal unless all of your traffic comes from low paying countries.

I thought Value Click Media was bad when I was getting .30 cpm. Burst Media is decent, I got around .80 cpm, but the fill rate is not great so you need a default.

Banner connect is also around .30 or so but you can't run defaults and they use non-revenue generating ads to promote their sites for the default which is annoying.

I keep reading about people getting CPM rates of over $3-$5, but I can't find a network that pays close to this even for U.S. traffic. Maybe these posts are from rates like three years ago.

Yeah. Those are very old posts. I tried to look into that too. The CPM rate has dropped as the economy dropped (just a thought). The highest CPM you get now days is like $1-2.

i'm still getting 0.1CPM but the amount of ads displayed dropped to nothing. I can deliver 120K pageviews per day and its only using 10-11K

Yeah same with me. I guess their fill rate has gone down more. =\
Good to have good default ads.
