    I faced the same problem.
Since the new interface, I haven't got any words from my account manager. Already contacted but no reply either.
I haven't got any new ads code. My site's stats did not counted on the new interface.
I guess it's time to remove fidelity media ads code.

Currently we use PayPal and Wire transfer for payments. Meanwhile, we have found WebMoney as a good alternative also.

Could you please specify the sub continent traffic?

We have not much campaigns for Pakistan and India.
Most of Fidelity ads are targeted US, UK, CA, Europe. Your property can be accepted if 25% site traffic (around 30K imps/month) coming mostly from those countries.

As far as I know WebMoney is also available in Pakistan. Please check here http://www.wmtransfer.com

Fidelity-media has been good for me so far. Using it from last 1+ year. But recently their ecm has decreased to half and currently my ecpm is just $0.04-$0.06. Earlier it was almost double. Could you please tell us the cause?

I'm having the same problem as manis. I looked back on my traffic for the last 5 months and it's been rising or at least staying consistent but the earning have dropped by almost 50%. January I saw a 20% increase in traffic but a fraction of the pay. I think they're taking a bigger cut. I've emailed my rep but I'm getting no response.

    Dear valued publishers,

    Thanks for your posts.
We understand your concern about temporary decrease in your eCPM rates. 2012 had a slow start and we experienced low demand in advertising activity. We are working hard on improving your eCPMs and revenues at the moment.

Thanks for your understanding and for being our long-term partners. We appreciate your cooperation.

    Best,
    Svetlana

Just got my third payment from you, thanks.

Just wondering though, the paypal e-mail of the payment came from dragon-advertising? Is that advertising company also under Fidelity?

After using Fidelity Media for several months, I am removing the code from my website completely.
I initially had a 250x300 zone. However, every once in a while a video ad with audio that automatically plays would show up. I'd have to contact fidelity and have it removed. But it would always come back eventually (and it was the same ad).

So I decided to get rid of the 250x300 zone, and use a 728x90 zone.
But I have noticed that recently, there have been ads that automatically redirect users to another site after about 5 seconds, and ads that show pop-unders along with them.

I'm under the impression that fidelity doesn't "allow" these things, but advertisers are ignoring fidelity's "rules" and putting these things in through their ad code.

Fidelity's inability to screen advertisements is a real deal breaker for me. I don't like the fact that poor advertisements are shown until I find them and report them, then a week later I get a response saying they're sorry and they have fixed the problem. Just to have the same ads continually show up.

Not to mention that since they stopped using adjuggler's reporting system, their in-house reporting system has been very limiting.

I won't be using Fidelity Media again until they change their quality standards. This includes changing their 'reactive' method of deleting bad ads after they're reported, to a method that prevents bad ads from entering the network in the first place.

I encourage anyone who has these same problems to boycott Fidelity Media until they fix these issues.

While I've never had the redirect problem, I wholeheartedly agree with the video ads. I've asked repeatedly to have them removed. Whats worse is, a few of them will automatically play audio and the mute button isn't real (it just directs you to the ad location as if you had simply clicked on it). I also had a virus threat earlier in the year that temporary blocked me from chrome and firefox browsers and a few virus threats from my users here and there. When confronted I'm just told to send the code for the ad but it's generally not me getting the threats, just reports from my users.

Also, yes, the in-house system is horrible. Adjuggler was great. Add to all of this the enormous drop in earnings (basically 60%-70% less of what I was making last fall for the same.. or greater traffic). I bring in over 2 million impressions a month, how on earth do I only earn $250. On top of all this they've been having paypal "troubles".

I've begun fielding other offers myself.

I'm also experiencing those redirects! A lot of my visitors are complaining that they were getting redirected to some site about life expectancy.

I'm sorry, but I can't have that. Unless this issue is resolved in the next few days somehow, I might leave Fidelity, or not use their ads until the issue is solved.

Me too getting redirects some times. Its pretty annoying. Fidelity should solve it soon or they might lose some of their potential publishers.
