Short stories series – The series can have up to 10 chapters Each chapter must be up to 5000 words. Flash Stories – Up to 250 words. same subjects as above Poems – Up to 20 lines of poems. No curse words are allowed. Should reflect some kind of emotion after the end of the poem. Sadness , grief or happiness.. as long as it’s something. I've noticed that many of you are thrown off with the " 2 weeks for a response" When it comes to a magazine I don't have the time to read every single submission I get as I get them.. I'm also NOT looking to hire someone long term to write. I'm looking for LOTS of writers! Because your work can only be featured twice ( unless you do a series for me). Once I decide you are a right fit for the magazine I will pay you otherwise I will decline your work and you are free to try again. So many of you are used to submitting work and being paid right after but that is online work.. this is work for a printed literary magazine. It's not cookie cutter that's why you get paid more than you do for a classic dp article. ( And the prices will go up in the future ) Right now I could use about 5 to 7 Flash short stories and 2 series ideas So email them to me and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can.
