    I`ll install following for 30$ on dreamhost shared account

    1 _ ffmpeg

    2_ ffmpeg-php

    3_ mencoder and mplayer

    4_ Codecs(Libvorbis, theora ...)

    5_ custom php compilation (php-cgi)

    6_ Installation of your desired media sahring script (vshare, clipbucket ...)

    You need ssh access on your dreamhost account.
