    Howdy folks.

I am experimenting with the theory that if you remove ad units on your less visited domains, less visited pages and remove a few units on the most popular pages, you can increase the amount you get per click.

Has anyone here had any results good or otherwise with this ?

    Cheers!

I dunno if you'll make more per click, but I would think that the end user would be more likely to enjoy their experience on your site without being overburdened by advertisements, more likely to come back, and also more likely to recommend your site to others.

In the end, I think that those factors alone would improve your earnings.

Less ads does means higher paying ones (since the lower paying ones aren't shown), however you also have to make sure visitors notice those ads :)

If you notice any other effect then it could be because your traffic is so worthless to some of the sites it makes your account smart-priced

Depends hence less ads means less missclicks.

Getting less missclicks means that your clicks are worth more because they result in more conversions. That way Google might increase your CPC.

Yep, believe it. More ads don't mean more clicks. With less ads, and by decreasing the number of links (inbound or outbound) on a page, more visitors are more likely to click your ads.

    Well that's the theory.
