Few Questions..?

1. Is it okay to have an image next to the ad that says Sponsored Links?

2. Are we allowed to put an image behind the ads? As in like put a image that would create a border around it or some design? thanks~

 

Yahoo says no images-, but I would put up a test page of any design you have in mind and then email or call YPN telling them it is a test page not available to the public. If your account gets terminated, you aren't going to be able to say someone on a message board told you its ok.

 

and to answer the sponsored links question. no you cant. i got suspended for doing that. took a few days to get my account back up too.

 

Are you even allowed to put the words Sponsored Links? I know G lets you~

NO, for both questions....can take huge risk over your account evenif you do that..

 

Does any1 else notice if u have more than one ad unit, all the ad units display the exact same ad? And even sometime within the same unit linking to the same site?

 

Neither YPN nor Google allows any text like "Sponsored Links" or "Advertisements" by the ads.

 

i thought they allowed you to say that it was an ad but not a sponsored ad

I get the same ad repeated all the time. I guess it depends upon the number of advertisers in your niche.

 

i know images are ok with adsense however ypn is another story. email them from the ypn control panel to get a definitive answer.
