    Hi,

Previously my Paypal has been limited because I was under-age and so much cash was coming like 1-2 mins = $10. I had a list of payments like this: (Before anyone says Fruad, it was my friends and I did it for the fun with his permissions)

    Recieved - $10
    Recieved - $16
    Recieved - $5
    Recieved - $13
    Recieved - $4
    Recieved - $9
    Recieved - $20
    Recieved - $4

Paypal had suspected me and limited the account.

Now I have a new Paypal on a different ISP and theres been over $120 USD recieved and Paypal didnt caught it.

    Questions:

    1. Can I get a new bank and link it and will I get caught? (Different bank from limited paypal)

    2. Will I get caught again?

The way I see it, if they got you the first time, the second time shouldnt be too far away.

Well, I don't know exactly but just think this way: It is Paypal, the number one online payment processor today. What do you think, why did they become the number one?

In your earlier case , wat u did was , sent payments from 1 a/c and tht too in minor diff in time. thats y paypal limited ur a/c.

Now as u have NEW IP,NEW A/c and new Bank , U are as Absolute New Identity to Paypal. So you wont be caught this time unless u receive a lots of small amount of payment from a single person in a single day.

You can have 1000s$ in ur a/c , thts not a prob.

    Right thanks, nice answer.

That time I sent batches of payment from a CC to my paypal which limited it. I mean it was hell alot.

    I think $50 a day wont hurt?

Well, they check to see that the bank account is in your name. It has to be the same on the Bank account as on the Paypal account or else transfer will fail.

If your name is flagged for being on a limited account, that name will surely raise a flag again, should you want to withdraw money. Especially since Paypal does not allow for the creation of a new account if your old is limited. Would be better to be straight up with them and give them the whole story, show them you are willing to work with thtem, do the right thing and behave as a normal customer.

They are the number one payment processor online. Ask yourself if being banned from them for life is worth it or if you rather prefer to work something out with them and be able to have a Paypal account even when you grow up and become a little older?

Do the smart thing, be straight with them and they will work with you to solve it.

Well, different bank can be a different person. Maybe wait till my old account is closed fully? It says "180 days till closure". Once its closed there might not be records?
