Few questions about "do follow"

    Hello. I have few questions about do follow comments in my blog.

    1st, are the WP blogs set to "do follow" by default ?
    2. I've set up a plugin and now all the links contain this: rel="external " What does it mean ?

    external has the same value with do follow. yes WP blogs are set to be do follow inside the blog post, while in comment section it is no follow

    Well I'm interested in do-follow comments. Check here for example. The visitor who commented has the link with rel="external ". Is it do-follow ?
