Few questions about directory submissions

I hate asking questions about SEO or directories because you can get so many different answers. But I figure I will ask and take the majority answer. I am to the point in the development of my site where I am going to concentrate for a while on submitting to directories. I have compiled a list of a few thousand directories to submit to. I am not using any auto fill software or submission software because I do know that it is best to submit by hand. My questions is as follows.

How often should I change the description of my site? I have a hard time coming up with a description as it is. But I hear you should not have a ton of sites linking to yours with the very same description because it holds less weight.

Should I also change my keywords every so often? I think that will be even harder then coming up with different descriptions.

Do I run a risk of not being listed with the free directories if I use an e-mail address like "submit@domainname.com"? The address is legit but people will see that I am using it only for submitting. I do this to cut down on the spam to my main e-mail address. I have had this domain for over a year now and am quite happy with how little spam I get in my inbox as is.

I am sure I have other questions but that is all I can think of for now.

Oh I had one more question and might as well post it here. I have compiled this huge list of directories and am going to be checking every one of them and noting if they are free and also what the page rank of the site is. Once I have done this could I put the list up for sale on this site. I think I read somewhere that you could not sell lists of directories on this site. Granted, maybe nobody would want to buy it. But I would be interested in a list this big with the information it will contain, so maybe someone else will too. I am always looking for a way to make another buck or two to help support my site.

Thank you in advance for any useful information you could give me on these questions.

Also, do you post reciprocal links when you use free submission, if they request it? If so, where do you post them on your site. So far I have not been willing to do reciprocal links because there is no guarantee they will post your link so I am not willing to give them free advertisement if they are not going to link my site.

If you have a huge list start posting to the highest PR sites that require no reciprocal(takes to long and there are enough directories out there). Don't overdo it and try to use as many titles and descriptions as possible.

While doing directory submission , some directories instantly approved if we place their links, so if you want to approved in high directory then you have to do reciprocal links otherwise there is no option(for free submission). Mostly , I placed their links in my blog, so there is no harm to do that, yeah it takes time that's only.
