Sorry if this has been asked before, I am suffering from information overload, so I'd better just ask what I am looking for:

1- What is a decent weight? How do I know if my weight is good or not?

2- OK, I finally set up everything, it is working fine... now what? How do I know where my link is shown on other sites, or if it even is?

3- Are these links static, or how do they help you? I mean, what is the real use of this network?

    Thanks

Don't know about the weight question - but your site will be linked proportionately to how much you show your ads (generalized I know).

Links are static to the search engines - which is pretty much all that matters. It basically improves your SERPs because sites link to you.

    1. Decent...well I don't know, 5k? On paper, a PR10 site running 5 ads would have a max BW of 135,000. Pages right now are capped at around 4,500 or so, above that they currently do not give you any more weight.

    2. You don't know, you will not know until BL's are updated and then you will see where your ad was at some point in time. The ads rotate on every page view, so the ad will most likely not be there when you visit in the future. They are running (just make sure that you have clicked the "enable" link next to all of the ads you want to be live in your control panel).

That's why I asked... I also noticed the links being rotated, so what's the use? Googlebot goes to a site, sees my link, and says "hey, here is a link to x.com. It comes back next day, and my link is replaced by another site. How can you get backlinks this way?

The percentage of the network's backlinks (dependent on your weight) should always be the same - so even though the links come from different sites each time google hits it...the overall number of backlinks should remain the same.

    (Thats my understanding of it)

That thing really needs some kind of FAQ. It has a decent setup instructions page, but once you get it running, you just stare there wondering "now what?"
