I believe this is true... so if someone find these keywords relevent to his/her site content... good for you... quickbooks $8.43 hotel las vegas $5.05 chocolates $2.21 send flowers $5.00 bulbs $3.23 cheap ticket $3.37 digital tv $2.02 turbo tax $6.74 Alternatively you can find those keywords at the link in my sig..
Nah, who would pay 3 bucks for "bulbs"? Turbo tax only has 2 advertisers, why would they want to pay that much?
The problem with those lists is that you only have a few compaines bidding that high for the words, and thousands who bid very low so the odds arre you will get low paying clicks even for high paying keywords. Its like mesothilioma. A few are bidding 50, but the majority of meso clicks are worth less than a dollar.
Do you(or anyone) have any good ideas for finding decent paying words? As you point out, it's easy to find the top dollar paid, but hard to find the average $$$ per click for a term... Any suggested methods? Thanks. -- Derek
You have to be orriginal and inventive. But seriosuly it shouldnt really matter if you are generating enough visitors. if you create a meso page or a loan page, you may not much traffic but more expensive clicks. Its a tradeoff. I found via overture special keywords that are worth ALOT...much more than any listed on this forum that you probably don't know about. Very specific words or phrases.
to be true, I understand that maverick would not like to share the keywords in an open forum. It created unwanted competition "EXPONENTIALLY".
Did you mean this about Mr. "payment...." because I am requesting him to share... In my case, I get to know, I share it directly... Your post means to me that I dont want to share it publicly, which is not true. Please clarify. Thanks I appreciate
I am not a AdWord advertiser, neither I bought TopPayingKeywords or something like that anywhere, Check out the "Top Paying Keywords" link in my sig. Thats where, I got those keywords' list & their price.
Using Overture to estimate payouts isn't a very good metric, IMO. I have been an advertiser with both Adwords and Overture and let me tell you there is a huge difference in cost. I would say don't try to find high paying keywords just to get more $$ per click, but publish content that you know well and that makes a contribution to the web community. Otherwise, you'll be publishing crap (most likely) and keyword payout will go down because Adwords advertisers will be saavy to the fact that their ads are being clicked on crap pages. Just my opinion.
same point i want to make .. or rather i want to know .. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=124718#post124718 (Does putting HPK on your site increase revenues ?)
