    What I meant was will there be other websites using this script? Will you be using the script on other websites/selling the script etc, or will whoever purchase this have full and exclusive rights to the script?

    So if purchased, would we own maintain full rights to the script and operate this company's licence ? Has the script been licenced as yet ?

    As the current sales listings being scraped from the meridian site or have you simply connected to their database ?

    Can Property Agent's URL's be added easily to show available businesses thus making the site look busy ?

    no meridian own there copy outright.

    the listings are scraped - the spider can grab potentially 1000's more listings from various agents at present.

    yes we are almost complete coding the contact seller form which will be available under each listing which will link to the agents email rather then url.
