Fetch Mysql Data while Loading

Hello, can someone please give me example for this... While fetching data from mysql, php will print text "Loading..." and when data is fetched it automatically changes into that data. I know its only possible by AJAX, or else anyone have someother idea?

Only AJAX, so starting by replacing div content with Loading and after receiving data replace same div with content.
