"Fetch as google" and "Source Code in Browser" show different data!! Need help urgent

    Hello Friends,

    I am in a serious trouble. Someone hacked into my wordpress website and left 3 backlinks at the footer. When I fetch the content of the site as Google from Webmaster tools, it shows me 3 backlinks just before the footer. Whereas when I look at the source code of that page using Ctrl+U, there is no such code at the footer.

    How can I find that link? Is this possible?

    Please help! The site is currently listed as Malware site by Google. :(
