    It doesnt look festive at all, it should look like more fun, i dont know, its too neutral.

    I'm not entirely certain what the point of your site is but with all the info (name of fest, when and where) it is really distracting to the eye. The whole page just looks like a jumble of letters to me, but maybe that's what you're going for.
