Umm...Abba, Hanson and lots of Journey Can't say I'm ashamed of owning them though. I like alot of new, all the old classic rock...just don't play that rap chit near me...I even like alot of country music. Favorite stuff to listen to lately has been classical guitar. It relaxes me when I'm feeling stressed, which is most of the time lately.
I like Hall and Oates. Most people make fun of me. But they were basically the beatles of the 80's. I challenge anyone to find a bad song on this CD. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...103-9304990-4323863?v=glance&s=music&n=507846
The Archies - Sugar Sugar album http://home.att.net/~bubblegumusic/archies.htm (fer all you younguns) And I have quite a few of Donny Osmond as well - old stuff. I still have the albums for both of these. Have a Bobby Sherman floating around too.
...one of my favorite oldies. Dig the BeeGees, Monkeys and quite a few others. Don't have any CD's of oldies, but I do listen to them on the radio a lot.
I still have some of my albums and 45s. For instance: the first 45 I ever received - along with an ugly green record player - was In the year 2525. I still love it. I used to carry that stupid record player everywhere.
ummm Tiffany 'I think we are alone now' is in my collection.. I did buy it years and years ago though
In my car at the moment I have a couple of albums by Duran Duran, Adam Ant's greatest Hits, the Bee Gees and every Van Halen disc
Is having an Ol Dirty Bastard cd shameful? Back in the day I loved the Bee Gees, and then Duran Duran, Hall & Oates, Romeo Void...I know I even owned a Banarama tape once (not sure I still have it considering I don't own a tape player anymore). The first music item I ever purchased was the KISS Double Platinum album and I dressed up as the drummer Chris for Halloween!!! Then I fell in love with The Police and Queen and forgot all else. It would be far more embarrassing to find out what celebrity posters everyone had hanging on their walls as a kid!
