Selling Ferrari Listings Site, Script-Based, Uses AdSense and EPN to Generate Revenue

Ferraris For Sale http://www.ferraris-for-sale.net/ is a real-time listing of Ferraris on eBay and other Ferrari deals around the Web. Content is automatically pulled in from eBay, so it is always current. The site runs on a script which makes it all happen. The script is paid for (for life) for the domain ferraris-for-sale.net, so you never have to worry about that. I will provide proof of script ownership to the new owner.

Most of the site traffic is from organic search; I attached a screenshot showing the top referring keywords. The site ranks fairly well for a lot of Ferrari-related terms. Initially I did a PPC campaign, hence the traffic spike. Since then I have done absolutely nothing to drive traffic to the site, I simply don’t have the time.

Site is easy to maintain, you can manage everything through the admin interface (screenshot attached). The site converts fairly well, so if you can get steady traffic to the site, you’ll definitely make money.
Revenue is earned via Google AdSense and eBay Partner Network. The site has earned $5 so far via EPN, nothing yet via AdSense. If you are not an EPN member I would not bid on this site, as eBay is very picky about accepting new members and it can be tough to get in.

Important: For the script to run properly your server must have CURL installed……..not only the CURL binary, but also the CURL PHP extension as well. If you are not sure whether your server has these items, please check before bidding.
