Buying Female native American English speaker, needed for voice recordings

    I need the services of a native English speaker (English American) female, with a pleasant voice. A good microphone is required, as I need her to records what she reads from a text file.

    Not sure how he is going to tell someone is Native American just by their voice anyway.

    Most of the times, when I hear someone speaking for 1 minute, I can tell if (s)he is a native English speaker. Is even easier to guess if a persons speaks American English or Britain English.

    I admit, I heard great voices on radio, who were not native English speakers and I couldn't tell the difference. However, I doubt that people will answer to this post. I have a limited budget for this task, way lower than a voice professional will ask.
