    mugshots are public records and not that hard to find ... ESPECIALLY CELEBRITY MUGSHOTS

    and since it is a WordPress site you can EASILY write about certain things that got the individuals arrested.

    I only chose photos of THE FUNNIEST FELONS I could find... I have one website where I can refer the new owner too that has thousands and thousands of DEMENTED FELONS for your pickings !

    also for the winner !!!
