    It's not a wp theme, the site isn't built on wordpress.

    I dont think so, I've seen similar sites on the Internet and there were wp meta tags

    The others might have been wordpress but I'm pretty sure this one isn't.

    It's so basic, you could recreate it in a jiffy.

    It's not a Wordpress-site. It IS however built with Bootstrap. Why you would copy that trainwreck of a site, however, is beyond me. The code used is horrible.

    It is based on Laravel PHP framework.
    And uses Bootstrap for CSS.
