is it possible when sensing a mass payment to make the ones receiving the money pay for the transaction fees? i can only see that option when sending money to 1 email.
Your question is not clear but what I understood is that you want to know that if we can just send mass payment to one person...is that your question is? I guess you can do this. No problem
Mass payments are meant to be used for mass disbursement of payments and by default it is the sender who has to bear the transaction fess. Since such fees are usually very less as compared to normal single payment transaction, you may deduct the fee from the amount itself and your receiver would not mind as the single transaction would incur him more fees than through this method!
