Hmm, looks like water is in the lead so far (cmon guys, where's all the fizzy drink addicts like Cola/Pepsi drinkers). I thought there would be more people drinking fizzy drinks since I heard a rumour that if a person drinks Cola long enough that they can get addicted to it.
Me too... except i'm not on creatine right now.. Protein drinks and water mostly. I do like to party though and may consume more than my fair share of booze at times.
Water, and right from the tap(well filtered). It's cheap, refreshing, and I don't pollute the world with plastic bottles. tom

Right nothing beats pure water That's why I use to drink water when I'm soo thirsty instead of other beverages that contains sugar which makes you thirsty later on.
I used to drink so much water my pee was constantly clear, but lately the summer has brought on some more fruity drinks
one thing to consider is that water is the best at hydrating you, but gatorade does replace lost energy. The best thing to do when you are working out is to drink some water and then follow it up with gatorade
