I was wondering how many people actually drink plain water instead of drinking something else like a fizzy drink or even a cordial when they are thirsty. So what do you drink when you're thirsty?
Water, about 6 liters a day. I really only drink soda if there is liquor in it, which seems to be nightly
Pepsi NEX (Japan) or Pepsi MAX (Australia) depending which country I'm in And water, and beeeer (hhhhhmmm, Boags).
Water and tea mostly. I also drink protein shakes several times a day, and creatine drinks.. To splurge I'll have grape juice, iced tea, orange juice, diet soda, etc.
I laaaarve Oasis, so so good. They don't sell it in Holland though. =[ I usually have squash or Sprite.
I like soda, and I usually go with the Safeway Select because it's only a dollar for a sick pack when it's on sale.
Water mixed with fruit juice. I've been getting into blueberry/pomegranite juice, loaded with anti-oxidants. Also used to love strawberry smoothies- chop up some stawbs and throw them in a blender with some ice cubes and a little lemon juice. Unfortunatly I found out I'm allergic to strawberries. Damn
Have to say in order of preference,, Mt Dew Sweet Tea Cheerwine Gatorade ( orange or grape) Pepsi RC COLA WATER
I have to drink a lot of water since I get random headaches that can get bad if I'm dehydrated, so I have tonnes of water per day, since its teh only thing that stops the headache.
nothing beats the thirst quenching power of water (pure H20). drinking other beverages, like colas and sodas usually just make me even more thirsty.
