I’ve been having a great time testing out my Canon S3 digital camera with its 12X optical zoom capability. Here’s an example showing the power of the zoom. This is the original photo without any zoom. And this is the same photo with 12X zoom. Pretty cool huh? The S3 makes a really good spy camera. Because of the flip and rotate view screen you can take photos without people knowing that you’re taking their photo. And because of the 12X zoom, you can capture them from really far away – like this shot I took of two love birds going at it. They never knew what hit them. Hopefully, they don’t visit this forum or I could be in trouble.
Yeah, the sharpness and quality of these pictures is truly amazing. I think the Canon S3 will be going on my Xmas list.
