I have had some huge success and flops with adbrite. to do adbrite right get one of their advertising reps to assist you to work out deals. the hard part with adbrite is finding them gem in all the rubble.
yea usually when I do find a adbrite site that works well I will email the owner and ask them how much to buy all the spots.
Argh! Yahoo sent me WAY to much international traffic today!! Things were going pretty good this week until today when I only made $3.50 with Azoogle!
Document the clicks that were out of your GEO zones and ask for a refund. I have been pretty successful in getting money back.
I'm not really doing anything special on my site so I don't know if I would really have that info unless I parse through the raw apache log files? Would that info be available in Google Analytics or Crazy Egg?
Does azoogle necessarily need to be 'promoted'? As in, could I have success just placing the ad(s) on my site where I'm already getting almost 1000 visitors per day?
Pulled maybe 15k keywords from Adwords to Adcenter. Basically I used an "every permutation" method to generate the KWs using maunfacturers, providers, artists & songs along with some base keywords... no typos yet. I priced each keyword at .85 to start and entered in 10 ads. Been running on AdCenter since 1/22 and I've been getting *so few* impressions (not 1 of the 4 ad groups has broken 20 impressions to-date) I finally called up AdCenter today to see if I could find out what's up. Came away from that conversation with the advice of reducing the number of ads because they were "competing against one another" and reducing the number of keywords. The exact opposite of what I thought I should be doing both with regards to keywords and ads. Ugh. The Adcenter support person was giving me the impression that the campaign had it's own sort of "quality score" and having this many keywords was hurting me. Thoughts?
I'm in the same boat you are in. But I get 200 clicks on leads!!! So i'm totally changing my game from Ringtones to something more subtle. I'll keep you all updated. (NOTE: I know this thread is a bit old but I didn't want to make a new one when one already exist.)
how can we document the clicks outside of the geo zone? i definitely need to that, will save me a huge load
