Feel dumb,i need a rss feed

    hello every one.I am wanting to put a rss feed on a html site of mine and have no idea where to start.I followed a post here that suggested http://www.syndic8.com and i went there,but i have no idea what next to do..After i find the feed i want(its a niche feed)Is there a code or something i can paste via dreamweaver?
