Feedburner Help????

    It is asking if you are a podcaster. Now what does that mean and should I select it. Then it is writing to choose between two feeds, atom and rss? Now which one and why?? Please help

    not sure but
    podcaster is for video blog i think
    and atom works with new feed readers whereas rss is compatible with all
    might help
