    Dear Legendary11,

You have received an infraction at Digital Point Forums.

    Reason: Affiliate Links
    -------
Your thread appears to be finding people to signup under your affiliate link or refer code. It will be deleted. To avoid this problem in the future (for legitimate threads) give more information in the opening post. False signups cost the promoter and are fraudulent. Why bite the hand that feeds you. Get real signups, provide real value and everyone wins!

Information about infractions can be found at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=216611
    -------

This infraction is worth 1 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.

you get paid $6 or £3 per banner you display on your site to a maximum of 5 on 5 pages, (thats £15 or $30 a month) the sites currently in Beta mode.

*Payments can be made direct to the bank or by paypal.*

The ads can be ran along side google adsense and you better sign up fast just like banner4cash and bucks4banners they will close off new members eventually.

Reply here "interested" for more information and the link

oh and a £5 sign up bonus (once an advertiser is assigned to your site)

they pay before/on the 15th of every month
(the banner has to run a full month for payment so sign up on the 14th you wont get paid on the 15th :p)

since when could i get an infraction for a post made before the rule change? Secondly how is informing other people around 1 month ago about how to get more money for there site biting the hand that feeds me? seriously! AND THEN WHERE WOULD THERE BE FALSE SIGNUPS FOR A SITE YOU NEED AN ADVERTISER FOR?
Did you back track the freebies and infract all the people that done digg trades before the no digg swap rule?

Wont suprise me if you now infract me for this the amount of infractions for the strangest things is annoying

and whats with the post being labled as private id like to actually know what post was surposidly to up my post count and what post had an affiliate link on.

Im loyal to this site i post useful content i stay true to the rules even when some changes didnt make sense i pay quickly i do the jobs im paid for quickly and yet im gettinging punished unfairly on my eyes, theres a limit. PS the affiliate link was posted through email and they could easily choose not to sign up to it i never cloaked the URL -.-

Fair enough on the date. The infraction will be reversed and the PM sent posts reviewed instead.
Private just means the post had been deleted.

Even prior to the change if the link led to a landing page with an affiliate link then it would be given an infraction.

    Until he answers, I will.

On that thread you made a number of posts. 5 remain.

Of the total atleast 12 were "pm sent" posts designed to either bump the thread or tell people twice that you've contacted them. Now some mods would give one infraction for each. Instead you only got one that actually counts for anything.

Oh, and nobody knows about infractions unless you talk about them.

Sounds like you got a nicer mod than me on the one bumping infraction front! And I wouldn't have reversed the first infraction either... the clarification on the rule doesn't mean it was ok a month ago. Starting threads to promote affiliate links was always a problem, and some of us would have given you an affiliate link infraction even at that point for it. Count your blessings, and quit complaining about infractions (or you'll likely end up with another one).
