Feedback wanted for better conversions

    Hi,

    I was wondering if I could have some feedback on the website in my signature,

    I'm not converting very well, even though I know my competitors are selling tons and I have cheaper prices,

    Any help would be kindly appreciated, or even if any one wants to be a webmaster and get paid on commission
