I think the best is for every user to make a reseach and find the VoIP which provides the lowest price in the directions he is mostly calling. There are many calling plans, and one thing I know for sure, if the small company is not widly known it dones't mean that its plans are worse than other's big VoIP company. It can be even viceversa, the smaller company is the lower price it is offering. Best regards
Yes, the research is very important part but you do not need to do it yourself. You can visit voip blogs such as http://www.freecallshub.com and take advantage of the research already done for you.
Kate i think you are right, people must analyze and research which is the best one. But as dinwal is saying, there is no need to it or waste your precious time, just be in touch with such VoIP blog which are already doing this research on your behalf. Here i am leaving the url of such blog.......http://www.freevoipcallsolution.com/ or stay tuned to this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2355142
Actually, VoIP providers who offer FREE calls do have a limit on the number of minutes you can call for free. They are many VoIP providers out there but the main issue is quality. For high quality calls with CLI, you'll need to pay a little higher.
Communication on the IP network is inherently less reliable as it does not provide a network-based mechanism to ensure that data packets are not lost.
