Feedback on my upcoming theme please?

I'm thinking to change the theme on my blog again.
The blog is at http://www.michaelaulia.com/blogs at the moment and I plan to change the theme to http://www.flickr.com/photos/26314758@N07/3044609987/sizes/o/

Do you guys think that the new one looks too professional for a personal blog? Is it good? Is it bad?

Cheers for the feedback. Do you guys think that the new one is too cluttered/confusing to navigate? (especially with the featured post and the news on the right) PLUS the ordinary posts (magazine style) beneath them

I did ask them last time but I'm not prepared yet to pay $300-ish for a personalized theme..yet..

 

I like the new one. I feel that the old one is more cluttered then the new one.
