images arn't very high quality, but it looks nice.
The text on your images needs to be anti-alias'd. Also increasing the quality of the image might be a good idea, at the moment it looks too "jaggy"

 

Do me it seems to be okay. The color scheme seems to go good together with all the layout and flow of the page.

Excellent...the center column is a bit orphaned on the scroll down

 

Wow for a first timer, you did an excellent job!

2 small things that currently bothers me (maybe i'm paranoid)...
- I think there's too much white glow on the site. It's making it hard to focus as every sub-header is asking for attention.
- the very bottom of the page "« Previous Entries", maybe you could change the color of that to match the entire site. Small change, but it's like putting on that last final stroke on a painting.
