Feedback needed on website

Can I get everyone's feedback for the following website - http://dnadietvitamin.com/. What do you like? What do you hate? What can be improved? What can be done to make it look more professional and stand out?

 

not bad at all, take off the huge HOME tag on main page though

 

The design is not bad but can be improved.

Instead of email sign up on left, have a modal pop-up or shadowbox for that. I think you'll increase your conversion.

Also the content on the main page is too long and requires a lot of scrolling. Is there any way you can break it up into logical content sections and create navigation on the left for that?

Thanks for the feedback ... some changes have been made to the website but the client has asked me to hold off more work on this project so I couldn't implement all changes.
