    1. Banner is very plain.
    2. Navbar is uneven, and not very attractive.
    3. The site seems very empty

There isn't much of a banner, maybe more color, and bigger font perhaps, I had a bit of trouble seeing it.

    hello,

To much orange. Use orange for the category headers but not for all links.
Expand your navigation bar to fit 100% and change the colors. Orange on navy blue is extremely painful to the eyes.
Spruce up your header image and redo your logo image in vector so it comes out nice and crisp.
Left hand navigation column should be more attractive with uniform layout. Links spaced out like with a 'free floating look' makes the site look broken as if they should be in the top navigation menu but arent.

    Hope that all helps.

    Hi

I agree about the header, if doesn't have any impact. I would also redo the menu, it would look much better without the empty space at the beginning and end. I would also ditch the Navy, if you really want to use a very dark colour then Black would be a better.

    Just my opinions :)
