    Why are you selling this site?
    At this time, I have no time to develop and build on the forum. I purchased it about a month ago and converted it to Xenforo.

    You are purchasing Domain name, twitter account, database, the Xenforo license is not included in the sale as the license is non-transferable. The price reflects that already, price is firm.

    How is it monetized?
    The forum is not monetized.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    How much time does this site take to run?
    0-3 hours a week depending on your wants and needs of the forum.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None, its been closed for 2 months before I purchased it and then I have not have much time to do anything with it. There is one staff member a admin.

    Okay im very interested just trying to see how much it would run me with xenforo.
    so every update cost extra.. i saw the $140 license for xenforo, so you pay that then the updates are extra when they come out. Correct?

    First you pay $140 and get the license and updates for a year, after that you must pay $40 every year to get the updates and get support too.

    I thought I had it installed since I upgraded and redesigned the forum.

    Also, I have not had the time to track the traffic I really do not have time for the forum which is why I am selling it.

    But AWStats is what I claimed in the sale. December stats are in the original post.

    Xenforo.com for more information on the software but its a forum system like PHPBB, MyBB, Vbulletin IPB. Its commercial and very functional.

    And to anyone interested, I can help convert it to PHPBB or MYBB or SMF if someone wants it and does not want to buy Xenforo. After the conversion you will be responsible for graphics and theme design. But I will handle the conversion.
