    Those information should automatically send to a e-mail. In this case my e-mail.


    I don't know. Anything easy for u is OK. I need to use this with HTML website.

    You need to determine what your host has available: either PHP or ASP. If none are available, you may need to fall back to a CGI script to handle the mailer so check with your host.

    you can create the form you want at www.formnut.com the service is free up to 50 submissions per month. you do not need to know any cgi/asp/php.
