I like both, but IMO your banner is too big, try with a standard size 728x90, 300x250, ...
On top of your banner you shoudn't mix icons and logo. That way your logo will be more visible on banner.

Logo: It doesn't look very professional to me.. Perhaps you could change the font and remove some of the stuff. The second one looks better. :)

Website: Header needs work. Sidebar too. As well as the color scheme. Sorry for being negative, just trying to help. :D

Well i am using Kaspersky and i don't see any banner. The logo doesn't look very professional. Try to add a new logo. you can find some free logos on internet. Good luck

yes i think so too about the logo. But i have reservations. If u see the similarity in textual logos like google, ebay, yahoo, etc etc. They have something in common. They are simple texts written with different fonst/style(s). Yes, the bad thing in my logo is the text is too long ....its actually a phrase instead of a word in that case.

Anyway, thanks alot for the feedback. Its always beneficial to hear about mistakes.

I really liked untill the ad's came up. if your going to have the google ads have them below the man body of your site. At the mo it over powers the headder you have.

    Hope that helps

I agree with this. Logo should be clearer enough not to confuse people. :)

It looks colorful and niice to me. Keep that up.

thankyou all for the useful comments... i will certainly look into revising the page banner.(btw its not an ad-banner). Its a main page header kindof thing.
