Love it. Color scheme and logo and site design looks perfect. Everything just flows well together.

Your design is good. however it wwould be more effective it you try to make audience understand their benefit. by slideshow or something same.

The first one is more like a banner than a logo. I preffer the second one

I would go with a more simple logo, something like just the initials maybe?
The site looks, feels and moves good. But IMO does not stand out from the others, maybe you should do that in some way.

 

Logo on website is perfect and the site is also perfect.
Would like to know have you done the design coding all by yourself or have you used any ready made website template?
